So this track was on a Short Cut Reggae Mix made years ago and I needed this track bad. I used to make lists (and still do) of 12"s I needed to find (pre Serato no doubt). This was up there on the list and then I found it. The part that Short Cut used was about as long as you need from this Dub version of "U Can't Escape the Hypeness" Just a quick slice of the track. The other side is a hip-house track that ain't all that. Maybe I will rip it one day.
